05/03/2023 – Request for Proposals (“RFP”) No. HR 2023-017
TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, (hereinafter “HRS”), the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide temporary staffing services to support its operations.
Individuals or firms are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference that will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. HST. Please RSVP by submitting the RFP Registration Form (Attachment 2) via email to proposals@oha.org no later than Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. HST if you will be attending the pre-proposal conference and you will be provided with a meeting invite with the Microsoft Teams link.
Proposals shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. Hawaiʻi Standard Time (hereinafter “HST”), Monday, June 5, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted through the HIePRO website and/or via e-mail to proposals@oha.org . If submitting via e-mail, the official time will be that in which the e-mail is received by OHA.
