Naval Facilities Engineering Hawaii (NAVFAC Hawaii) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide removal and disposal services for diesel fuel for US NAVY Joint Base, NCTAMS PAC Wahiawa, Hawaii. A draft performance work statement is attached.

This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quotation, or invitation for bids. This notice does not commit the Government to issue any type of solicitation or award an ultimate contract. This notice does not restrict the Government from a particular acquisition approach. The Government does not pay for information obtained through this type of notice.
To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
Submission Instructions:
- Provide organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, DUNS number; and
- Submit a tailored capability statement addressing the performance work statement, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
- Response deadline is 18 March 2024, 0800 HST.
