Project: Procurement of Office Supplies, Printer Supplies for FEMA DR -4724 HI, Maui and Honolulu, HI The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency is seeking capable sources interested in providing the resources to satisfy this potential Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requirement for Office Supplies and printer supplies in support of DR-4724 HI.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is

339940, Office Supplies (except Paper) Manufacturing,

The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity and aquisition strategy such as small business set aside, Local area preference, or unrestricted.

All interested sources must submit a capabilities package to the primary point of contact listed below, no later than (NLT)12:00 pm HT on October 11, 2023.

AS A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED:

1. Confirm NAICS Code: 339940 – Office Supplies(except Paper) Manufacturing or 424120 - Stationery and Office Supplies Merchant Wholesalers

2. Indicate firm’s size – small or other-than-small; and other socio-economic program participation such as small-disadvantaged, 8(a)-certified,

HUBZone, SDVOSB, and/or WOSB/EDWOSB.

3. Do you qualify for local area preference?

4. A statement of your capabilities to provide to Maui and Honolulu, HI with shipping or delivery capabilities
