THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 effective September 22nd, 2023.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314999 with a small business size standard of 550 employees. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for qualified small businesses. Offerors must be qualified as a small business per the NAICs code size standard. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized.

This Request for Quote and subsequent order is exclusively for CYPRES Brand Name Products Only. See the attached Brand Name Justification and Approval Document associated with this RFQ. Quotes for products other than CYPRES Brand Name Products will not be considered.
