The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) requests for proposals (RFP) N32253-23-R-0003 with the intent to award the Surface Vessel Maintenance Multiple Award Contract (SURFMAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) as a 100% total small business concern set-aside. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price type contract and may result in multiple contracts. Each contract will include a base five-year ordering period and one five-year option ordering period.
