The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Office has a construction project for the Annex Building Electrical and Date Outlet located at 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFQ package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8.
