The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing provide emergency residential and case management services through the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program. This contract is designed to serve homeless Veterans in need of immediate placement in a safe environment with onsite support service.
This requirement will be for 2 beds for men and women. The program should have a minimum establishment of one-year in the required geographical area.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The facility must be located on the Island of Oahu, HI.
