Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded RIX Industtries a firm price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, only one responsible source.





This fixed price service contract was awarded to RIX Industries for the technical assistance services for No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs).



Competition was limited to RIX Industries, as they are the known source for this requirement. J&A No. 22-082 further documents the rationale for other than full and open competition.
