This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures using FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is requested that all attached documents are reviewed in full.

If you do not receive a confirmation, you can assume your proposal was NOT received. Please be advised that timelines are determined by the date and time an Offeror’s proposal is received, not when an Offeror attempts transmission. The quote shall be valid for no less than 180 days from the date of RFQ closing, a statement affirming this fact shall be placed on the cover page of the quote.
