Description

****LOCAL AREA SET ASIDE*****

The President declared Disaster 4724-HI on August 10, 2023 due to the wildfires on Maui, Hawaii. This requirement is to procure lease for multi-functional devices and associated services for potential FEMA facilities such as the Joint Field Office(s) and/or the Disaster Recovery Center(s).

The Contractor shall deliver multi-functional devices to lease to FEMA specified locations. The final technical specifications will be provided prior to the solicitation.

50 PPM black and/or color

100 sheet feeder

Network ready (PCL/Postscript language)

2-3 hole punch

Staple and sort finisher

Scanner with ability to scan to email or folder

Duplex standard

Data security kit

Surge protector

Full-service maintenance-no overages

Ability to print with PIN number for PII data protection/Smart card capability

All machines must be Energy Star compliant.

NOTE - FEMA retains the hard drive at end of contract

Service Call Response Times

Contractor must be on site within 2 hours and provide diagnosis. If additional parts or replacement is needed, replacement parts/copier shall be delivered within 24 hours. All repairs shall be completed within 24 hours.

FEMA Approved Devices: Please refer to Appendix A below.

Place of Performance

The place of performance will be established prior to the solicitation; however, the services will be required in Hawaii County.
