Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 811210 Installation of Equipment-Maintenance and Repair. The small business size standard is $34.0M. This will be awarded a low price/technically acceptable, firm fixed price purchase order.



This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Non-Personal Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) transceiver hardware installation, maintenance, repair and replacement for the NOAA Office of Law Enforcement/Pacific Islands Division.



PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED SF1449 WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. E. AT A MINIMUM, ALL QUOTES SHOULD INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION AND UNIQUE ENTITY ID/CAGE CODE.



Quotes shall include a capabilities statement showing certification, experience installing and servicing type approved VMS units along with established relationships with manufacturers of type approved units.
