766th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (766 ESS), located at 560 Central Ave, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam 96860, intends to award a sole source award to Monaco Enterprises Incorporated, 1482 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington 99216.
This requirement is for the installation of a D-21 system that is compatible with existing transceiver and fire alarm systems across Bellows Air Force Station (BAFS), HI. A D21 is an emergency response hub computer operating system that allows Fire and Emergency Services immediate and fast notifications. The existing centralized Monaco reporting system is non-functional and therefore BAFS is not in compliance with Fire and Emergency response services. The potential vendor must be qualified to install and provide training on the Monaco D21 application systems that include a minimum of a one-year warranty.
The Government intends to acquire this service under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, commercial Items. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1.)
This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes however, if any interested party can provide this service without compromising manufacturing, delivery, warranty or mark ups, you may submit a statement of capabilities to be considered by the 766ESS.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based upon responses to this notice and it is solely withing the discretion of the Government.
Information received will be considered solely of the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The capability statement, a price list and any other information furnished must be sent via email only and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirements.
