Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this firm price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, Only One Responsible Source.

This fixed price supply contract was awarded to Curtis-Wright. to inspect, maintain, and repair No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPACs) Air-End. Competition was limited to Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corpor., as they are the known source for this requirement.
