The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance

Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform repairs on SSTG No. 1 and No. 2 onboard a Virginia Class Submarine.

In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought notice

(ID# N32253-23-R-0004) was posted to the Government Point of Entry

(GPE), sam.gov, from 18 April 2023 – 24 April 2023 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the Size Standard of 1,250 apply. Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship and Marine Equipment.

• The Offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the Solicitation. 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.

• All Solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offeror submission.


• All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs.
