Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 766 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to J MacAulay & CO, LLC to provide the Warrior’s Edge High Performance Mindset Training. Warrior’s Edge is a program centered on mental resiliency as opposed to organizational management. Under the guise of increasing “mindfulness,” Warrior’s Edge is intended to help the team better manage stress and improve their performance by treating their mind as they would a muscle. J MacAualy & CO, LLC employs unique techniques and proprietary aspects of Warrior's Edge Training, make it the only source available to fulfill this requirement.



The primary purpose of the position(s) is to provide the 15th Wing at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Resiliency Training to meet the HQ AMC Commander's intent to "Develop Ready Airmen and Families." A key task within this training is to "Advance a culture of care, support, and connectedness to strengthen Airmen and family resilience." To meet this intent, the training must provide experience-based mentoring, teaching, training, advice and recommendations to senior military officers, staff, and students as they develop and sustain resilience programs, events and activities in support of Airmen and Families and their well-being. The training should be tailored to train for high-stress environments in the military, development of mind strengthening exercises, and psychological methodologies to increase mental toughness for United States Air Force and Space Force personnel located on Hickam AFB, Hawaii.



THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
