This is a Special Notice of intent, the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Law Enforcement Pacific Islands Division intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Crime Point, Inc. Pole Cameras for OLE’s Pacific Islands Enforcement Division (PID) to have low light and long-distance capabilities of photographic evidence for investigations.

The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334310 with a corresponding size standard of 750 employees. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available; however, other potential sources with the expertise and required capabilities may submit such data which demonstrates the requirements stated above. Submissions are due no later than August 14, 2024 at 12:00 pm HST, Honolulu, HI. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
