- Description: Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires one, U.S. flag Registry, Oceans certified tug, capable of towing ex-USS CLEVELAND (LPD-07) “IAW the U.S. Navy Tow Manual (SL740-AA-MAN-010)”. The requirement is for one voyage with positioning support at the delivery site.
- Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of departure is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Inactive Ships Maintenance Office, Pearl Harbor, HI (USA), pier location to be determined; and the place/range of destination is the vicinity of Marianas Island Testing and Training Surveillance Area. Vessel will be available for tow rigging on 07 May 2024. Required departure date from Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickham (JBPHH), HI is no later than 11 May 2024. Delivery of ex-USS CLEVELAND (LPD-07) to place of destination is requested on 04 June 2024 with 03 days of positioning support at the delivery site (until 07 June 2024). Up to 16 days of demurrage may be required.

The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-aside is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service.
