A general description of the Scope of Work under the proposed contract shall contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required. Contractor shall also provide transportation to and from work site for contractor personnel.

• Maintain landscaping by cutting back trees, bushes and invasive species and pruning shrubs, plants, and trees along the access road to QQI TR (also referred to as SX or RCO).


• All vehicles, mowing, or other machines that are equipped with sparkplugs shall be provided with appropriate radio frequency (RF) suppression devices.


• All green waste will be mulched and spread at the site.


• Cut and remove at least 3 feet back along both sides of the road all vegetation including but not limited to grass species and invasive tree species between Winner’s Camp to the Communications building to include the Compound Gate (perimeter gate). All tree branches within the three (3) feet buffer area will be trim away maintaining a vertical canopy line at least 3 feet away from the end of the paved road.
