This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W912J6-23-R-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485113 with a small business size standard of $28.5M. This requirement is small business set aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids.

The requirement is for 53 Pax Bus Transportation in support of Tiger Balm Exercise 2023, picking up and drop off service members to and from multiple locations and dates in Oahu Hawaii. (See attached Solicitation with SOW)

Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.

Review and complete attached Solicitation(1449) or submit your own Quote with your company CAGE code.

Also complete attached section 889 certification, page 2 and the last page and submit along with your Quote. Quotes are due by 4:30 p.m. Hawaii Time on Monday, 01 May 2023. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Jay Renguul at jay.renguul.mil@army.mil.

Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.

All received quotes will be evaluated based on Price.
