NOTICE TO BIDDERS
LAUNIUPOKO BEACH PARK GRAYWATER REUSE SYSTEM

Pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, sealed bids shall be RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY and recorded immediately via the Public Purchase System until 2:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time), on , , 2020. Bids shall be submitted via the Public Purchase System, otherwise the bids shall not be opened or considered. Also, bids received after the time fixed for opening will also not be considered.
To furnish all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary to install a furnished greywater reuse system, which includes a restroom expansion with a slab to house the greywater filtration unit, greywater piping, electrical work, and trenching for a subterranean drip irrigation system for bioswales backfilled with soil amendments and mulching. This work as indicated in the approved site plan for the Department of Water Supply, which include the following:

The County of Maui shall supply the approved Design Drawings and Specifications, including materials and supplies for a complete, fully mechanical, Greywater Reuse System (WRS).
A pre-bid conference and tour of the project site has been scheduled at 9:00 AM on April 19, 2021. All Bidders ARE ENCOURAGED to attend. Bidders shall meet at the Launiupoko Beach Park at Mile 18, Kai Heleku at Honoapiilani HWY, Lahaina, HI 96761. Bids must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid security in a mount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, including additives, payable to the “County of Maui”, and in compliance with Section 103D-323, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended.
Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103D, and any amendments thereof.
