Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is soliciting for a Contractor's ability to provide both on-site and telehealth services services for the island of Molokai, Hawaii including:



Clinical Space:




  • One Office for primary care provider.

  • Use of Two Exam Rooms for primary care provider

  • Use of Four Common Rooms for VA Patients.



Clinical Personnel:




  • One Administrative Clerk/Receptionist



Clinical Services:




  • On-site administrative oversight and telehealth technical assistance.

  • Provisions of office and clinical supplies to keep clinic in operation.

  • Aseptic cleaning service of space.

  • Physical Security

  • Biohazard Disposal Services (e.g. Sharps)





PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The facility must be located on the island of Molokai, Hawaii
