A general description of the Scope of Work under the proposed contract shall contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and tools required. Contractor shall also provide transportation to and from work site for contractor personnel.

• Clear the area within a 1000 foot radius of the center of VOR facility; approximately 72 acres in four 18-acre sections. Each section will have a predetermined month and time (work time) in which it will be cleared.


• All trees/brush shall be cut 4 inches above ground level. All grass will be kept at a 4 inch height. Work shall include trimming of the paved edges around the VOR building and along fence.


• All refuse and rubbish, such as fallen trees, pruned tree limbs, shrubbery, cuttings and leaves resulting from the contractor's work, shall be removed from the FAA area surrounding the Hilo International Airport and hauled away to a proper landfill.
