The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-048-22. The tentative Period of Performance is 29 August 2022 – 6 January 2023.

The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-22-Q-0082. Proposals will be due on 19 August 2022 at 1000 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS (last updated 06-23-2022) and NMCARS 18-22.

Please note the following for N32253-22-Q-0082:

Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission.

Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated.

FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(1) and (d)(2) of this provision must be filled out by the Offeror.

Site Visit: One ship check opportunity will be offered on 04 August 2022 at 0900HST on JBPHH, Hawaii at the Dive Team Facility.

An RSVP is required in order to attend this ship check. Please send RSVP by Tuesday, 02 August 2022, 1400 HST to Rachel Henriques at rachel.henriques@navy.mil, Denise Ortega at denise.ortega@navy.mil, and Deanna Yoshida at deanna.yoshida@navy.mil.

The RSVP email shall contain the following: Company Name, CAGE Code, Name and Title of Attendee, and Contact Number. Visitors are limited to three (3) individuals per interested party.

Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-22-Q-0082 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due on 12 August 2022, 0900 HST.
