The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Eaton corp. for the removal and replacement of thirty-nine (39) Powerware Eaton Batteries, part number PWHR12390W4FR in MCAT serial number 2H166A-2 located at Marine Corps Base Hawaii/Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay. The contractor shall submit a quote in accordance with the CLIN structure and delivery requirements listed below. The contractor shall also provide the necessary materials, equipment, technical, management, logistics, and clerical support for the efforts described in attached.

MCAT Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Battery Replacement

-Procurement of quantity thirty-nine (39) OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Batteries Part Number PWHR12390W4FR Eaton series E39 from certified Eaton service provider.

-Removal and replacement of expired batteries from MCAT S/N 2H166A-2 located at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.

-Installation and wiring of new battery series.

-Testing of UPS charging and battery cabinet functionality in accordance with manufacturer’s specs.

-Disposal of expired batteries and all associated dunnage.
