Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to Dash Pacific to provide on-site monthly maintenance service for twenty four (24) units of Inland Technology parts washers located in various shops and replenish with Breakthrough fluid in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

A sources sought notice was posted on 05 October 2022 and closed 11 October 2022 (Notice ID: 22-154) and no capability statements were received in response by the due date.

Any interested party that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a written capability statement. Telephonic responses are not allowed. To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline.

In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.

Submit quotations in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. To be awarded a contract, you must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).
