Description

Integrits Corp., San Diego, California, is awarded a $14,918,694 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with cost plus fixed-fee/firm-fixed-pricing for the procurement of operation and maintenance support for the Mobile At-Sea Sensor System (MATSS) vessel at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Hawaii. This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $18,755,728. Work will be performed in the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Hawaii and is expected to be complete by March 2025. If all options are exercised, work will continue through September, 2025. Fiscal 2023 research development test & evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $2,500 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire on 30 September 2024. This contract was competitively procured with three (3) offers received via sam.gov. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii is the contracting activity (N32253-23-D-0002).
