This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, and the business size standard is $16.5M. The Government intends to award a best value trade-off, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products:

The removal and disposal of an existing 32,000 BTU non-ducted tri-zone units split air conditioning system and all associated components that will not be re-used including, refrigerant/condensate piping and the corresponding outdoor unit. The contractor shall provide and install in its place, a new 32,000 BTU tri-zone high-wall ductless split air conditioning system and all associated components including the corresponding outdoor unit. If in acceptable condition, other system components may be re-used, including electrical safety disconnect switch, conduit, wiring and existing condensate drain piping. Work to be performed at the Data Collection Office Hilo, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
