PHNSY & IMF seeks a contractor to provide consulting, facilitation and implementation support for the ISMC training 7-week course. PHNSY & IMF requires assistance form a contractor with requisite technical qualifications, personnel, management experience and corporate capability to provide expert non-personal advisory and assistance services. This includes facilitating instructor transitions and answering student questions related to shipyard operations. The contractor will provide the necessary management, technical and administrative personnel, as well as materials, office equipment and consumable supplies to meet the requirements of this Contract. Training will take place at PHNSY & IMF or surrounding area to be determined later after award. The contractor will provide escort and transportation services to support the ISMC instructional field trips and ISMC related Field Service Program (FSP) events including dinner and afternoon socials for the students.
This notice is to determine the availability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required services.
This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
It is the Government’s intent that a single primary Contractor be awarded this potential contract and be responsible for accomplishment of all work specified within the attached Draft PWS. If your company is interested and capable of performing this requirement please submit a tailored capability statement addressing the particular requirements included in the Draft PWS, limited to 5 pages, in writing via email and received no later than 21 March 2023; 0800 HST to the primary and secondary point of contact. Please include the following information in your response: organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership of the organization, CAGE code, and SAM Unique Entity ID (UEI)
