The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to provide maintenance to a Hobart-Class destroyer. The delivery date for this requirement is 23 November 2022.



The shipboard dates are 14 November 2022 – 23 November 2022. The shipboard dates are firm and is the only available timeframe to complete this requirement.



The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-23-Q-0005. Proposals will be due on 25 October 2022 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.



This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2022-08, DFARS (last updated 9/29/2022) and NMCARS 18-22.



Please note the following for N32253-23-Q-0005:



Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission.



Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated.



Questions: All questions regarding solicitation N32253-23-Q-0005 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due on 20 October 2022, 0900 HST.



Ship Visit: There will be no ship visit.
